- All purchases are final and we do not offer refunds. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items for assistance.
- Design proofs are only available upon request and may delay the processing time if messages are not answered quickly.
- Please be aware that each cutting board is made from natural wood and will vary slightly in color and design. While this item is designed from the same type of wood pictured, each piece will have its own unique appearance, tone, woodgrain, and natural knots. Some boards may engrave slightly lighter or darker than the photo shows.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted due to the custom nature of our items. Please triple-check your dates and spelling.
However, if a mistake is made by us we will replace your item at no cost to you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGE
We do our best to package every item safely and ship on time. Once the box leaves our studio it's out of our control what can happen to it. If your tracking information shows delivered but you didn't receive the package we suggest you to contact USPS to trace your package. We ARE NOT responsible for lost packages as it's out of our control. However, if you truly didn't receive your package we are happy to offer a 20% OFF coupon for you to reorder a second pair.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Unfortunately, if the wrong shipping address was provided and the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be updated. It is important to double-check all shipping information before placing an order to avoid any errors. If the package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package to the correct address.
