We do our best to package every item safely and ship on time. Once the box leaves our studio it's out of our control what can happen to it. If your tracking information shows delivered but you didn't receive the package we suggest you to contact USPS to trace your package. We ARE NOT responsible for lost packages as it's out of our control. However, if you truly didn't receive your package we are happy to offer a 20% OFF coupon for you to reorder a second pair.
Unfortunately, if the wrong shipping address was provided and the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be updated. It is important to double-check all shipping information before placing an order to avoid any errors. If the package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package to the correct address.
